Hey ya'll, just wanted to catch you up on our happenin's. Firstly, Happy New Year! We partied with some of Russell's sister's friends in a beautiful city out in the country called Roanoke. We have also been exploring our very British-looking capital: Richmond. Sarah seems to be more interested in the little squirrels than the old buildings!
We have both re-entered the real world after 3 glorious months of our travelling honeymoon. Russell is temping until he finds the right place to serve and Sarah is living her lifelong dream of working in a coffee shop...Starbucks! She is also working part-time at the local YMCA as a receptionist (a great way to get free access to the gym!).
We are finally getting some real winter here, with snow and everything...it was easy to spot the first-timer out in the snow yesterday! So it's below freezing at night, about 10 degrees celcius during the day but we still get loads of sunshine in this crazy mixed up weather system of Virginia.
